The Fort Worth Community Band is group of committed musicians from all walks of life and professional careers.  Founded in 2004, The Greater Fort Worth Community Band is the result of a cooperative effort by longtime Birdville ISD employees and friends, Dee Tucker and Henry Schraub.

​The band meets once a week on Texas Wesleyan University campus.
